AICT2024 VIRTUAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:
All authors of accepted and registered papers for AICT2024 are required to present their papers during conference days in-person or online (in exceptional cases agreeing with organizers) according to the program that will be shared. Online presentations will take place on Zoom platform.
Authors who presenting online are required to prepare and send us a video-recording of your presentation, comprised of a brief introduction with webcam, followed by voice over slides. This is a requirement for your paper to be submitted for IEEE Xplore inclusion. Please note that the file must be a video file in MP4 format (more details below). Please do not try to send Powerpoint or PDF files. Even if author prefer to make live presentation, still it is required to send us pre-recorded videos. During the actual presentation on 25-27 September 2024, authors will need to be available online after their videos are played to answer Q&A from audience moderated by Session Chair.
TIME LIMITS OF PRESENTATION
Each paper presentation will be a maximum of 15 minutes in length and will be followed by a brief question and answer period of approximately 5 minutes. In total 20 minutes will be allocated to each presentation.HOW TO PRE-RECORD A PRESENTATION

REQUIREMENTS TO VIDEO FILES
- Duration: up to 12 minutes;
- Video File Format: MPEG-4 (.mp4);
- File Size: 100MB max;
- Audio Quality: please double check your files before submitting to make sure the audio is clear and hearable;
- Video Content: Video must include the title of the paper, the authors, and a mention to AICT2024.
WHEN TO SEND?
In order for videos to be verified by the technical team, there is considerable urgency in preparing and sending your video file. Accordingly, we ask pre-recorded presentation be finalized and sent by 19 September 2024.HOW TO SEND VIDEO FILE?
Since your video files will be large, don't try to send them over email. WeTransfer is the simplest way to send your files up to 2GB for free. Please, use www.wetransfer.com specifying as "Email to" aict@aict.info and indication your PaperID of the paper your video is associated with.WHILE PRESENTING REMOTELY
- Your presentation will take place in accordance with conference agenda same as in traditional conferences;
- Each talk will be comprised of a presentation and subsequent Q&A session;
- Authors will need to be available online after their videos are played to answer Q&A from audience;
- If you are presenting live, be ready to “Share” your screen or slides;
- In preparation for the meeting, please download the test via the Zoom Test site (https://zoom.us/test). For the best experience, please use your webcam and test your audio;
- Please plan to join the meeting 15 minutes early in case there are any issues that need to be addressed.
