Authors are requested to submit electronically your final Camera ready Paper in PDF file only to the following link: http://aict2009.qafqaz.edu.az/index.php?page=cready.htm (CAMERA READY SUBMISSION).
To publish your paper in AICT2009 proceedings and or CDROM/DVD, please use the following links for IEEE to ensure your camera ready files submitted are IEEE Xplore compatible.
Organizers and copyright form
This will allow you to convert your Word, LaTeX, or range of other source files into IEEE XploreTM compatible files. The copyright form, available at the following web site: Viewing and printing the form , Please sign and send the signed copyright form only the signed page by Email attachment to: aict2009@qafqaz.edu.az
For Visa information please contact your nearest Consulate/Embassy of Azerbaijan immediately for information to obtaining Visa. If you need an invitation letter reference to AICT2009 conference to be signed by conference general chair on behalf of IEEE please contact the conference general chair at: Abzetdin Adamov
Critical Information
At least one author per paper MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BY 15th of September, 2009. If this is not done, your paper will be removed from the Program. Please discuss paper acceptance with each other and your co-authors and your organization to be certain that at least one of you has registered by 15th of September, 2009. You may register by bank wire transfer, credit cards online at: Online Registration for AICT2009 conference, any question or problem regarding registration please send an Email for international registration to: Guy Omidyar and for local (from Azerbaijan) registrants, the authors and participants apply to: Abzetdin Adamov. the preferred method of registration is online registration.
