AICT2010 CONFERENCE CLOSING SPEECH:

Dear Distinguished Guests, Speakers and Participants,
especially those have came from abroad,
Ladies and gentlemen,

The 4th International Conference on "Application of Information and Communication Technologies AICT2010" is now drawing to a close. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to all of you, for your invaluable contributions in making this event a great success.

I hope the past three days have been fruitful and that you will be able to make the most from the sessions you attended. Through a wide range of tutorials, lectures, and discussions, we have been presented with new ways to deal with some of the challenges in Application of ICT. I hope that you shared your experiences and expertise with other participants from near and far, and that a cordial relationship etablished among us during the AICT2010 Conference will futher strengthen.

Through this Conference we have seen that the Application of ICT is vital for business, community and governments. The Application of ICT is the staff of effectiveness, the essential input and requirement of new the digital centure.

As we return from Conference to our everyday ICT Application activities, let us remember that we are part of the solution. I came to Conference convinced that Application of ICT was crucial for the success of organization and company. I leave it knowing that Application of ICT is of equal importance for the well being of our society and economy. I am sure, the lessons learnt during Conference will equip us to respond to the complexity of technical, technological and organizational challenges in the way of making our organizations compatible to requirements of ICT Application in the digital era.

We express our deep gratitude to the Administration of Tashkent University of Information Technologies Professor and the people of Uzbekistan for so graciously hosting the 4th AICT2010 Conference. The delegates are overwhelmed by the warm hospitality and courteous of the Uzbek people.

I also express our gratitude to the members of the Organizing Committee for extending exceptional hospitality to the delegates and maintaining high standards of arrangement for various events of the Conference. I would especially like to thank the respected Dr. Sabirjan Yusupov for his tireless efforts in making this Conference success.

The conclusion reached at during the deliberation would certainly be very useful in understanding our duties and also the expectations from us. Before I conclude, I would like to invite all of you for the next 5th AICT2011 International Conference in Azerbaijan capital Baku in 2011.
